Not a play, but instead a fun social event for New Years Eve!

This lush New Years Gala will surely be a night to remember for the whole family! The evening will feature the musicians of Dave Martinson’s Big Band, 17-piece orchestra on the Seraphim Theater stage, with a large dance floor and tables at the ready for you enjoy the twilight hours of 2024. Finger foods, and snacks and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening with the help of another local business, Coffee and the Cats. Complimentary water and coffee provided by Seraphim Theater.

Tables of 4 or 2 are available for registration. As well as single table seat reservations and general admission.

FAQ's

Reserving a table or table seat gets you perks that the general admission ticket does not. Such as:

Your own table and seat in the theater where the dancing and music are.
Complimentary sparkling beverage for toasting to the count down and ringing in the new year!
Also, buying a table gets you a discount of $5 less per ticket vs. buying single table seats. That is a savings of $10 off for a table for two, or $20 off for a table of four.

Q: How do I purchase a table?

A: Buy either selecting the Single Seat, 2 top or 4 top table reservation. Doing so will guarantee a table in the theater. Limited table seating space is available, so don't wait too long to decide!

Q: Is this a musical or play production?

A: No. Although Seraphim is known for their amazing productions, it is also an entertainment venue that is hosting a social event with a live band for New Years Eve.

Q: What time does the event start? When should I arrive and how long will it go into the night?

A: The New Years Celebration Gala at Seraphim Theater will open at 7:30pm and will end at 12:15am. You can arrive at anytime after 7:30pm.

Q: What will be provided with the purchase of a "General Admission" ticket to the event?

A: You will gain access to the event, entertainment, dance floor and all that the event has to offer. You will not, however, have a reserved seat at one of the reserved tables in the theater by the dance floor and band or a complimentary glass of sparkling beverage before midnight. Seating will however be available in the refreshments area and beautiful Seraphim lobby.

Q: What age is recommended for the event? Can I bring my kids?

A: This is a family friendly event, so families are more than welcome and encouraged to come! Although this is a family friendly event, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: Will any alcohol be served?

A: No. This is a dry event. We will have many other beverage options and treats available for purchase throughout the night provided by Coffee and the Cats. Free water and brewed coffee will also be on hand.

Q: Will tickets be available to purchase at the door?

A: Yes and no. We will not be selling any 4 top or 2 top table reservations at the door. However, we will be selling any remaining walk up, Single Table Seat & General Admission tickets provided we have any left to sell. Tickets sold at the door will also be more expensive than buying them online in advance. To avoid getting sold out or charged a higher price, we highly recommend buying them in advance.

Q: Can i get a refund on my ticket(s)?:

A: Due to the nature of this single day event, we will be unable to refund any purchase.

Single, General Admission tickets for $25 do not reserve a table or its perks, but does get you into the event and the entertainment. Seating other than at a table, throughout the theater is available.

Tables for 2 and for 4 will be available in the theater with a large dance floor in front of the live Big Band playing all your classic favorites. Silent auction items to bid on will be located in the refreshment area. A 50/50 drawing will be held at 11:30pm and tickets for that will be available for purchase.
